Poorna has been receiving an overwhelming response from all quarters.

The breathtaking inspirational journey of a 13-year-old girl, Poorna Malavath, who created history by becoming the youngest girl to scale Mt Everest on May 25th, 2014, against all odds, has struck a chord with the audience.

The recently released making video `Script to Screen`, takes us through the journey of the training and workshop the team went through to get into the skin of the characters.

Post finishing the pre-production work, Rahul Bose put on his director`s hat and undertook a 7-day workshop in Hyderabad with the team.

The team mapped locations like Poorna`s house, Poorna`s village topography, etc so as to enable the cast to get a thorough understanding of the script and rehearse all the scenes before shooting at the actual shoot location.

The actors worked hard on getting the nuances right, from the accent, lines, to their acting.

The makers have held special screenings for the who`s who of B-Town, which have received priceless reactions. A special screening was also hosted for the Honorable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, at Rashtrapati Bhavan and the president was completely moved by the biopic. The makers also held a screening held for our very own Indian cricket team in Pune and the entire team was touched by the inspirational and motivational film.
