Shringar Films has been roped in to handle the PAN India distribution mandate of the film

Sudhir Mishra's upcoming directorial venture, 'Daas Dev' now has a new opening date and will release on 20th April 2018. In the interest of better distribution and marketing efforts, Shringar Films Pvt Ltd has been roped in to handle the PAN India distribution mandate of the film.

'Daas Dev' is a modern day adaptation of the epic romantic drama 'Devdas', and has a background of rising power and politics touched down by love.

Talking about the change of release date, the critically acclaimed director Sudhir Mishra said,`I have shaped the story the way I envisaged it. My part as a director is to put all my energies into the creative process of making the movie and doing justice to the script. As far as business decisions, strategies and release dates are concerned, Shringar Films have a bigger vision for the movie and we know we are in great hands. Directed by Sudhir Mishra, Daas Dev is a romantic political thriller. It stars Rahul Bhat, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Saurabh Shukla, Dalip Tahil, Anil George, Deepraj Rana, Saurabh Tyagi, Anurag Kashyap and Vineet Kumar Singh in powerful roles. The film is produced by Saptarishi Cinevision, helmed by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and presented by Gaurav Sharma, Storm Pictures.
