Meghna Gulzar's Raazi, starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in lead roles, focuses on a Kashmiri girl married into a Pakistani family by her father to spy for India.

Veteran filmmaker and Alia's father, Mahesh Bhatt, too, had a role to play in the making of the film. Having seen it four times already, throughout its various stages of editing, Bhatt made a few suggestions, some of which Meghna happily agreed to.

A source shares, `Bhatt Saab was very impressed with Meghna's direction as well as the movie and came up with few valuable suggestions, some of which the team readily agreed. Coming from Bhatt Saab himself, the inputs were much appreciated by both Meghna and her team. He also made it a point to openly express what a cinematic masterpiece she has created."

Raazi presented by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions and produced by Vineet Jain, Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta is slated to release on May 11, 2018.
