Northern Warriors is the one of the latest cricket team to contest in the glamorous and entertaining T10 League in Sharjah. The team, whose founder & director is Dubai- based business Shabaz Elias and Bollywood producer Mohomed Morani, who is the team's director, has released their anthem which will have you chanting `We are the Northern Warriors!` and grooving to its tune right away.

Mohomed Morani, on the inspiration of the video said, "Our team is from the North and historically many warriors originate from the North. As we know, warriors fight to win and that's why this anthem is about winning, about victory.`

Mr. Shabaz Elias has said, "We are glad to be associated with the T10 League. Mika Singh, Raju Singh & Dr. Sunil Jogi have done an outstanding job for Northern Warriors anthem. We are looking forward to making a mark in the League."

The song has been sung by Mika Singh and has a foot-tapping and catchy beat. It's quite refreshing to see Mika doing a motivating and energetic team anthem besides the Bollywood - Punjabi King that he is. Earlier this year, he recently sang songs for the films like Stree, Race 3 & Padman. About his decision to sing the Northern Warriors anthem, Mika said," I am from the north and this is the reason I have a close sense of belonging with the Northern Warriors. I am the first warrior in the Northern Warrior's side. I love the spirit of the warriors, and I think they will go all the way in season 2 of the T10 league. Chakde Phatte."

The music director of the anthem is Raju Singh, who has worked on films like Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain which were well acclaimed for their music. He has also worked on various title songs for TV serials, starting his career from the Dekh Bhai Dekh title song. The lyrics of the team anthem are impactful and inspiring. It is written by Sunil Joshi who was awarded the Padma Shri in 2015. Together with the catchy music, impressive lyrics and Mika's powerful voice the gusto-filled song is perfect as the anthem of Northern Warriors.

The Northern Warriors boast of a dynamic team, consisting of two- time World Cup winning captain with West Indies Daren Sammy, explosive all-rounders in Andre Russell and Dwayne Smith, current West Indian players like Nicholas Pooran and Rovman Powell, as well as players like Wahab Riaz, Lendl Simmons, local UAE players like Imran Haider and Rahul Bhatia and Indian player in Amitoze Singh.

The Second season of the League will be held at the Sharjah Cricket stadium and the tournament will be played over a period of twelve days from 21st November to 2nd December 2018. This season of T10 League will have 29 matches through round robin followed by semi-finals and final in a 10-over-a-side format. The League, which has seen big name Bollywood celebrities grace the stage as ambassadors, will be adding more panache, more glamour and more superstars in the 2nd season.
