Malaika Arora had the perfect escape to The Hilton Shillim Retreat and Spa from her hectic schedule from the 24th -27th of January 2019. Nestled amid forested mountains amalgamated with bespoke wellness therapies, this detox getaway proved to be an extremely rejuvenating encounter for the Bollywood diva!

Malaika Arora was welcomed at The Hilton Shillim Retreat and Spa with their signature foot ritual on the 24th of January. Dr Arun Pillai - Director of Wellness curated a customized program post her personalized consultation and Chef Shubhendu Kadam prepared a customized menu designed to complement her whole experience. She enrolled herself for the Elixir of Shillim which is a part of the Dharana Life Science Program. Malaika Arora stayed in the presidential villa and was seen enjoying the ambiance and the breathtaking view of the Sahyadri range. From enjoying the sunrise with the perfect outdoor breakfast at the Shillim peak along with a yoga session to indulging in the Udwarthanam therapy, which is known for firming and toning of the body; the yoga and wellness enthusiast, Malaika definitely made the most of her visit to The Hilton Shillim Retreat and Spa!

Malaika also loved cooking a meal for herself at the Cooking School at The Hilton Shillim Retreat and Spa.
