Actress Alaya F has been uploading impressive videos of herself in addition to her #AlayaAF series. First, Alaya gave the audience tips to productive and motivated then she gave out a '#HeatlhyAF' Peanut Butter & Toast recipe with a twist!

Now fans can see how dedicated the actress is as she attempts to ace a splendid Yoga pose giving us a '#FitAF' video.

In the video, the actress makes several attempts to strike the pose until she finally aces it, adhering to the phrase try and try till you succeed!

This is NOT a tutorial!! it's just 3 minutes of me struggling🤷🏻‍♀️ I've never really done yoga in my life but it's been one of my favourite lockdown activities to find yoga videos and poses and try and recreate them😅 I'm a big believer in doing things over and over and over again until I get it, so here's a little glimpse into that! Please don't try this at home unless you know what you're doing.. don't be like me😂♥️"
