In today's day-to-day life uncertainty is the only certainty in our daily lives and work. Physical and Mental health plays a very pivotal role in living a healthy and balanced life and it's important to address it. Many celebrities have started speaking out on the subject which makes it more relatable and real.

Actress Jyoti Saxena talks about how crucial it is to be mentally healthy and how one must have stable mental and physical health for the betterment of our future.

Jyoti Saxena is well known for her versatile acting and charming personality. The actress has been acclaimed in every performance and her charming personality has always made her audience awestruck. Here is what actress Jyoti Saxena shares about her emotional connection with her dad and how losing him affected her mental health and how she overcame it. She says "I lost my father three years ago, that was the lowest point of our lives for me and my family. I was lost, sad, angry, upset, and was completely depressed. I was not sure how to deal with the loss. Death is the only certainty for each of us, but we are never prepared for the loss of a loved one and we do not know how to deal with it. The mental scars are very deep and take a long time to heal. My father used to always say "Be bold, be strong and be positive", My family and I tried to follow his words but still, I had to deal with a lot of depression. Slowly instead of mourning the loss, we tried to celebrate the life he lived and cherish all the memories we created with him. In memory of my father, I got myself inked for the very first time. I have "Papa" written on my right wrist. It reminds me of all the good times we had.'

Indeed, it's very hard to overcome a personal loss, but the message that the actress looks up to from her father is really inspiring and motivating to us.

`It has been a tough 18 months for the World due to Covid and a very stressful situation for everyone. In these stressful times, we need to try to keep ourselves calm and tackle the situation by being strong. Yoga and meditation help a lot and do keep checking on our loved ones who may be living alone. `says Jyoti.

On the work front, the actress is working hard on her character and fitness as she will be seen doing an action sequence for which she is on her strict workout routine regularly. The actress also has many more exciting projects under the pipeline which will be announced soon, stay tuned for more updates on her upcoming projects and her debut movie as a lead.
