Southern actress Richa Gangopadhyaya, known for her work in films such as "Leader", "Mirapakaya" and "Mayakkam Enna", will play second lead in Allu Arjun-starrer Telugu romantic-entertainer "Iddarammayilatho", which was officially launched Oct 17.

"Richa has been roped in as second heroine in the film and the first leg of shooting will begin from first week of November," a source told.

The 26-year-old, who didn't have a single release in 2012, will also share screen space with Amala Paul in the film, which is directed by Puri Jagannadh.

"Iddarammayilatho" will mark the first time collaboration between Puri, Richa and Amala; Arjun, Richa and Amala; and Puri and Devi Sri Prasad. Prasad has been roped in to compose music for the film.

The movie is produced by Bandla Ganesh, who plans to release the film by February 2013.

Meanwhile, Richa is busy shooting for two upcoming Telugu projects titled "Vaaradhi" and "Sir Vachaaru".
