Hrithik and Sussane may have got separated but both of them care for their children. As parents, their priority is their sons -Hridhaan and Hrehaan. It is learnt that the two showed this with their actions. The Bollywood superstar returned from Los Angeles in time to be present at both his kids' annual day functions held on two consecutive days.

Insiders also maintain that their respective families, that is the Khans and the Roshans, continue to respect the sanctity of their relationship. Says a relative, "Sussanne's parents and siblings are very much in touch with Hrithik. They do not hold his statement on his split with Sussanne against him. While the family respects the wishes of the two individuals, it's still early days and everyone is working on getting the couple back together." Ditto the Roshans.
